Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing MTL E-MarketPlace. We aim to provide a seamless experience whether you are purchasing physical goods, digital downloads, or professional services. Please find our specific delivery timelines and procedures below.

1. Physical Product Shipping

We process and ship orders from Portland, Jamaica, to ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

  • Shipping Rates: Delivery costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

2. Digital Downloads (eBooks & Digital Assets)

Not all listings in our store are physical items. We offer a variety of digital products, such as eBooks and templates, which are available for instant delivery.

How to access your download:

  1. Purchase: Complete your checkout as usual.

  2. Instant Link: Immediately after payment, you will be redirected to a download page.

  3. Email Confirmation: You will also receive an automated email containing a secure link to your file.

  4. Save: We recommend saving the file to your device immediately, as download links may have a limit on the number of clicks for security purposes.

 

3. Freelance & Creative Services

For our professional service listings (Graphic Design, Video Editing, Web Design), delivery is handled digitally via email or a secure cloud link (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox).

Standard Turnaround Times:

  • Graphic Design & Video Editing: 2 – 3 Business Days.

  • Web Design & Development: 5 – 7 Business Days.

  • Custom/Large Projects: Timelines will be provided during the initial project brief.

Contracted Services (Social Media Management, etc.): For ongoing or long-term contracts, delivery schedules and milestones are mutually agreed upon between the client and MTL E-marketplace / Owner or team members prior to the start of the contract. These will be outlined in your specific Service Agreement.


4. Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and email address are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the information provided at checkout.

  • Service Communication: For freelance services, the "delivery clock" begins once we have received all necessary assets (logos, text, brand guidelines) from the client.
