Final Sale Policy

All items purchased through our store are considered Final Sale. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not accept returns for "change of mind," sizing issues, or personal preference.

  • We do not offer exchanges for any items.

  • Refunds will not be issued once an order has been processed and shipped.

Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product. In these rare instances, we are committed to making it right.

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us at info.makedalewis.co@gmail.com within  24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  3. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your cart and shipping information before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Responsibilities

MTL e-MarketPlace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
